Returns Window
We accept returns for standard, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery notification, with returned items to be received within 14 days thereafter, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty items or change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning and we will resolve this at our expense.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Not installed or applied
- Not removed from the backing paper
- Transfer tape must remain untouched
- Not cut, stretched, folded or otherwise tampered with
Important:
Please test sizing and placement before removing any backing or application tape. Once the backing has been removed or application attempted, the item is considered used and cannot be returned.
Returns may be refused if products show evidence of installation, mishandling or damage after delivery.
Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom decals, made-to-order and personalised products are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Installed or attempted-to-install decals
- Opened or tampered products
- Clearance or sale items
- Items damaged through incorrect application
Refunds
Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you require a different item.
